If your flight is late
We ask for your flight number when you book and we watch the arrival. If the aircraft lands late, the pickup moves with it and your free waiting starts at the new landing time — you are not charged for the delay and the car is not sent away. If the flight is diverted or cancelled, call us on PENDING and we will move or cancel the booking under the policy your booking was made under.
