These are the points we publish today. Before you land your chauffeur sends the exact spot, with their first name, their driver licence number and the registration of the car, so you are never looking for a stranger.
If your flight is late
We ask for your flight number when you book and we watch the arrival. If the aircraft lands late, the pickup moves with it and your free waiting starts at the new landing time. You are not charged for the delay and the car is not sent away.
If the flight is diverted or cancelled, call us on the number in your confirmation and we will move or cancel the booking under the policy it was made under.

Questions people ask about Heathrow
How much is a car from Heathrow?
It depends on where you are going and which class of car you want, and you can see all five prices in about twenty seconds by entering the two addresses above. The price you see is fixed and includes the Heathrow pick-up and drop-off charges, the congestion charge where the route crosses the zone, and your free waiting.
How long will you wait after I land?
Free waiting on an arrival starts when the aircraft touches down, not at the time you booked. The exact period for your booking is shown with the price before you pay and repeated on your confirmation, so you never have to guess at it in the terminal.
What happens if my flight is late?
We ask for your flight number and watch the arrival. Your free waiting is counted from the moment the aircraft lands, not from the pickup time you chose, so a delayed flight does not cost you the car.
Where does the chauffeur meet me at Heathrow?
Inside the terminal, in the arrivals hall, holding a name board — not at a car park or a pickup bay. The meeting point for your terminal is published on this page and shown again before you pay, and your chauffeur sends it with their name and the registration of the car before you land.
Do I pay the Heathrow drop-off charge?
No. The drop-off and pick-up charges Heathrow levies are inside the price we quote you. You will not be asked for them at the barrier and they will not appear on your receipt as an extra.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Cancel in your account. The refund is worked out from the version of the cancellation policy your booking was made under and shown to you before you confirm anything. To change a booking, use the "Request a change" link on it and we will reply.
