What each class carries, and what it costs
Each class is priced here from Heathrow to central London, with the seats and the boot beside the figure, so the trade between room and price is on one line.
Business class
The class most bookings use: an executive saloon, and the capacity is shown with the price when you book. It is the cheapest way to have a chauffeur rather than a taxi.

The published price tables cannot be read at this moment. The form at the top of the page prices your own journey in all five classes through the same engine the checkout uses, so the number you see is the number you pay.
How to choose between them
Capacity first, comfort second. The commonest mistake is paying for a more expensive car when what was needed was a bigger boot.
- Count the passengers and the large bags. The booking form greys out any class that cannot carry them, with the reason, so capacity is settled before price is.
- Among the classes that do fit, choose on comfort and on price. The figures above are the whole difference between them.
- If nothing that fits is comfortable enough, the answer is a van rather than a larger saloon. A van carries the people and the luggage; a larger saloon carries neither.
The one that catches people
First carries no more people and no more luggage than Business, only more comfortably. An MPV carries more than either, and costs less than First. If room is what you are buying, the more expensive class is rarely the answer.
When each class is the wrong booking
A larger group or more luggage than the boot takes will not fit. Book an MPV for either — it carries more than First does and costs less. The booking form greys out any class that cannot carry what you have entered, with the reason.
It carries no more people and no more luggage than Business — only more comfortably. If you need either, the class you want is an MPV, and it costs less than First.
There is a limit, and the booking form knows it. For more of either, MPV XL is the next size up.

Which class should I book?

Is anything different about what is included?
No. Every class carries the same inclusions, so only the car and the price differ.
What if my group is larger than seven?
Call us. Larger groups are carried, in a minibus or in more than one car, but they are priced by hand rather than from the grid so that the number you are given is one we can keep.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Cancel in your account. The refund is worked out from the version of the cancellation policy your booking was made under and shown to you before you confirm anything. To change a booking, use the "Request a change" link on it and we will reply.
Will I get one of the cars named?
The cars named are examples of the class, not a promise of a model. What is promised is the class, and before the pickup you are sent the make, the model, the colour and the registration of the car that is coming.
Does every class carry an assistance dog and a wheelchair?
Assistance dogs are carried in every class, always free. Folding wheelchairs and mobility aids are carried free too; add the size when you book so we can check it fits the class you choose.
